Аннотация. Раскрыты причины отсутствия прогресса на рынке страхования урожая сельскохозяйственных культур: не дифференцированная по регионам условная франшиза, недоверие товаропроизводителей к страховщикам, завышенные страховые тарифы, отсутствие их индивидуализации, сложный, механизм государственной поддержки. Предлагаются конкретные шаги к устранению этих причин.

Аннотация. В ближайшие годы агропромышленный комплекс России будет работать в условиях членства во Всемирной торговой палате, и углубления интеграции в рамках Таможенного союза, и здесь открываются как новые перспективы, так, конечно, создаются и дополнительные сложности. В связи с этим необходимо стимулировать дальнейший рост конкурентоспособности отечественных сельхозтоваропроизводителей, их переход на новый технологический уровень производства, создание современной инфраструктуры хранения, переработки и транспортировки продукции. Справится ли наше сельское хозяйство с такими задачами или мы отдадим предпочтение импортным продуктам питания? Реализация поставленной задачи возлагается не только на жителей села, но и на горожан. От нас с вами зависит, утратит ли наше сельское хозяйство свою значимость или нет. Будем ли мы покупать более дешевую импортную продукцию или станем ориентироваться на развитие отечественного сельского хозяйства и желательно в направлении его экологического производства.

Abstract. In the next years the agro-industrial complex will work under
conditions of Russia’s membership in the World chamber of commerce, and
deepening the integration within the Customs union, and here open both the new
prospects and, of course, additional difficulties are created as well. In this
regard it is necessary to stimulate the further growth of competitiveness of
domestic agricultural commodity producers, their transition to a new
technological level of production, creation of modern infrastructure of
storage, processing and transportation of produces. Whether our agriculture
will cope with such tasks or we will prefer import food? Realizing the assigned
task is laid not only to inhabitants of the countryside, but also to city-dwellers. It depends on us, whether
our agriculture will lose its significance or not. Whether we will buy cheaper
import products, or we will start orienting to the development of domestic
agriculture and desirably in the direction of its ecological production.

сельского хозяйства арендатор должен быть уверен в долгосрочности своих прав.
Опыт старых стран-членов Евросоюза и США представляет интерес для
совершенствования российского земельного и гражданского законодательства.

Abstract. The article highlights the
organizational forms of crediting the agricultural production in the
Netherlands, which is realized via the network of cooperative and commercial
banks. Separately put forward and considered is the leading role of cooperative
agricultural bank ‘Rabobank Netherlands’ in crediting
the farmers and farmer cooperatives.
